BOONVILLE -- City officials are worried about the Boonville Bypass project after learning that the Indiana Department of Transportation has pushed the construction completion date to 2017. The $12.7 million project, which would reroute coal trucks and other heavy traffic away from the downtown city square, was originally slated for completion in 2014. But, the funding wells are going dry, and that means delays for this and many other road construction projects throughout the state. Link
