INDIANAPOLIS -- Southern ice cream maker Blue Bell Creameries apparently plans to break into the Indianapolis market with the construction of a cold storage warehouse on the Northwestside. Brenham, Texas-based Blue Bell has filed with the city for property tax abatement on a 12,000-square-foot building in Park 100 that would be built in two phases and cost $2.15 million. Link
